It is funny in a way. An insane man chases police officers with a cutlass and they ran away. Only temporarily though because they regrouped and overpowered him.
I do not think that such thing can happen with the Nigerian police officers. I am sure they will not tolerate such acts from anyone either sane or not.
But to think of it, is the man really a crazy person? Terrorists have devised several tactics to get entry into public places by creating distraction.
